A charity walk of 100 miles in eight days as a ‘thank you’ to staff of Hereford Hospital has provided financial support to improve the lives of future cancer patients. Colin Tudor, of Delphis Lodge in Herefordshire, accompanied by lodge member Ian Talboys, walked from Aberystwyth to Hereford to raise some £2,000 towards equipment for the local cancer unit. Colin was admitted to Charles Renton Cancer Unit over two years ago and is still undergoing treatment.
